CHRIS BROWN features Keri Hilson on the track 'Superhuman' which will be featured on Chris' re-release due out June 3rd. I'm feeling a 'No Air' vibe about this song but I guess it's okay. The instrumentation doesnt really move me but I guess it serves it purpose in the duet realm.

I have to admit I love the song even though most times I have no earthly idea what he's saying but hey -- somebody must, it is number 1 after all. And I must add this this a true remix... stays true to the original sound but brings a new flava... not make an entirely new song and throw remix behind it....

NEWLY LEAKED: ASHANTI 'BODY ON ME' FEAT NELLY & AKON

Ashanti comes with another song, 'Body on me', from the new album which is featuring her boo Nelly and Akon. That little instant message sound... not sure if that's part of the track but its annoying none the less. Otherwise, the track is okay. I don't really expect anything mind blowing to come from Ashanti anyways seeing as though personally I think her vocals are just par at best. Akon and Nelly give a song that would otherwise fall flat its much needed flavor.

Lawd have mercy... I didnt realize this child was so young. But anyways, Chris celebrated his 19th birthday at Rebel NYC last night with a host of celeb friends. On the guest list, Rihanna (of course), Teyana Taylor, Lil Mama, Day 26 & Dawn of Danity Kane (you know she was following Que there -- gotta keep those hawk eyes on the young bucks) to name a few.

THE HALLE BERRY FAB AFTER BABY WORKOUT

I'm so about to be on this plan. I mean if dear Halle can get back in pre-fab shape even after getting all fatted up from carrying her baby girl Nahla for 9 months.. then we all can benefit from this. Take a look at her workout plan below....

WORK IT OUT....Halle works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer to include three cardio segments – on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb – then also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.


EAT IT UP.... Halle also is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking a large quantity of water.

Hey, we see it works so let's get to it. I'll let ya'll know how it goes once I finish this bucket of KFC I've got sitting here!!! I'm saying -- nobody said it was an easy road...

AL REYNOLDS HEARTBROKEN

And here we have another episode of the Young, Restless & the Colored. Al Reynolds, Star Jones' ex, is saying that he's heartbroken over the split. In a Myspace post he says that, "I know in my heart that I entered my marriage with love and the best of intentions and leave it with great sadness that it didn't work."

Yea Yea... cry me a river. He's probably upset because he can no longer benefit from the money, attention, connection, cars and fame that comes along with being married to someone with as much clout ( or at least she had some clout at one time) as Star.

In the same Myspace post he shares, "If you think you are having a tough day, may I propose you walk in my shoes for a few hours," he writes. "In my mind, it feels like 'Dump on Al Month.' And I'm not having fun yet. I have been called a gigolo, a freeloader, unemployed, a sham and many other things that don't bear repeating. People on television, radio and the internet have spoken disparagingly of my life, my sexuality, my career and my integrity."

You said it best yourself Al and I guess we all learn a valuable lesson here... keep folks out your business and then you wont have to worry about all the foolishness.

THE NICKARIAH SAGA CONTINUES....

As the newlyweds continue on the quest to find better things to do with their time other than bore us to tears about thier tender love for each other and all that other foolishness (*vomit *vomit)... the public displays of affection continue between the two.

Nick splurged on a 17-carat engagement ring for wifey and just last night rented out Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA to throw a suprise bash for his bride and 100 of thier friends. Needless to say, Mariah was falling all over her brightly colored hooker heels in glee upon her arrival... or so I speculate. According to People mad she said it was, ""The best surprise ever!".

First thing they did was get on a rollar coaster after Mariah, who has been recently seen in photos a little tipsier than usual, downed her glass of wine right before strapping in for the ride. "When they got off the ride, Mariah wanted gum so Nick unwrapped a piece and fed it to her," said a guest. "He is head over heels."

I wont be too quick to say they are head over heels in love but hey who am I to judge thier love, even though I know I was far from in love with my husband after only 6 weeks of courting... I'm just saying.....

NO...HALLE'S NOT ENGAGED

Rumors have been floating around that the ring Halle is sporting on her 4th finger-left hand is an engagement ring from baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. Sources close to the Oscar winner tell People Magazine that its not an engagement ring and that she bought it for herself. The ring is designed by Amrapali and the source says "Halle just saw it and thought it was beautiful so she bought it for herself."

Hey ain't nothing wrong with that. We all know she can afford to spoil herself and besides with that new baby around a little extra blingage never hurt nobody!

MJB ON THE TODAYS SHOW

On a promotion stint for her album 'Growing Pains', MJB performed a list of hits on the Today's show including Stay Down, Real Love and Just Fine. I think Mary is a great live performer holding what few tend to have these days which is raw vocal talent. I love it!! You always hear the passion inside Mary and she always got those Stunna shades on for yall too. Fabulous.

Usher brings us a new track entitled 'Trading Places' which is unconfirmed whether it will be on the new LP or scrapped. This sounds like the usual Ursh material to me -- I'm not entirely impressed about anything I've heard from this new album, which is a first for me -- usually I'm down for Ursh. The lyrics of this one are a little shallow and again, I'm just not a fan of this one. What you all think of it.

Nelly's new album Brass Knuckles hits stores June 24th and with it we see he's back to the songs about the kicks. First the Air force 1's and now the J's. The new track features Tiny Tim (aka JD) and Ciara. I'm loving the smoothness of the track, especially on Ciara's verse, but that synthesizer has to GO! Personally, Im not one to purchase the rap LP's but I'm diggin this track a little although I've never owned a pair of J's so the concept of someone stepping on them I can't fathom. Stepping on my stilletto's... okay -- I got you. Check the track below

TINA AND CHER DO OPRAH

Oprah moved her studio audience to Caesar's palace last week in Las Vegas to host Tina and Cher reuniting to perform once again. Tina (68) and Cher (61) talked about divorce, getting older, life after their famous relationships and other things. It was a great show and for those of you who missed it you can find more clips of the show HERE. Below you can find Tina and Cher performing "Proud Mary". All I'm saying is that when I near that age I BETTER look just as fab!!!!

TOP MODEL WIND DOWN

As ANTM Cycle 10 comes to a close, Katarzyna was eliminated tonight leaving Fatima, Dominique, Anya and Whitney in the running of becoming the next queen of model real TV. Tonight threw a cute little spin into the competition but my girl Dominique is still hanging on strong. That child is as annoying as the Spongebob theme song, but she delivers.

Stay tuned to the TLT for the girl eliminated each week as 2 shows remain before the winner is crowned. I know I'm an avid reality TV hater... but there are some exceptions. Besides every girl has a few guilty pleasures. Plus that damned Tyra sucks me in every week.

Just like the Dion & Pilar show on the Oxygen Network. That show is just too many things.....and so many that I must devote an entire post to that right there.

CHRIS BROWN premieres his video for the single "Forever" today. Okay, I have serious issues with this whole R&B goes Pop era that were living in. Why can't we get a simple mid or a smooth slow jams like times of old? Maybe in my old age (yea, right) nostalgia gets the best of me but nevertheless, the video is ok -- standard video stuff if you ask me. Chris gets the eclectic award of the week for this spot. I mean honestly, when was the last time you saw a leading lady in a African American video who wasn't of the same persuasion? Hey -- he gets three snaps for me for the variety though.
